  Got meineke service appointment through website. When I went there, person in charge told me that he won't get any notification for online appointment. I'm not in his list and I have to wait till he completes service for all other cars who came there directly. Spoke to Meineke customer care and complaint about this issue.
  
  Pls think twice before going to Meineke... Especially in Ronkonkoma ...
